We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst, Operations to join our dynamic Strategic Account Management team at Walmart. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to initiate client setup and implementation.
- Monitor, track, and investigate support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to solve business issues or needs, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to business growth in new markets and initiatives, collaborating with account management, business development, product management, and other groups to drive projects forward.
- Identify root causes and develop potential solutions for initiatives, making recommendations based on data and observation.
- Implement operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops, developing mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
- Minimum 2 years experience in business operations, sales solutions, sales strategy, account management, or monetization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Project Management Certification.
- Strong verbal and written communications – able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous solutions.
- Experience developing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights.
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results.
- Some business insights or analysis.
- High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems.
