Position Overview

What You'll Be Responsible For:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team as the Senior Analyst for Business Development, concentrating on the advancement of our 340B program.

In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development, expansion, and market penetration of the 340B program through data analysis and market insights.

This position offers you the chance to evaluate the program for potential enhancements that will strengthen our value proposition for program growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the 340B program and its economic implications.
  • Proficient in leveraging market intelligence and analytics to support strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Adept at adapting to evolving circumstances and market dynamics.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty while maintaining focus on objectives.
  • Curious and committed to continuous professional development.
Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, analytics, or market strategy.
  • Strong grasp of the economic aspects of the 340B program.
  • Ability to formulate recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in collaborative project management.

  • Lead operational planning and execution of business goals.
