Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large, important customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within these companies
- Work with customers to understand their needs and propose world-class solutions
- Manage sales strategies and coordinate resources to achieve desired results
- Develop and maintain relationships across internal teams to provide sales support
- Enable smooth transitions to other sales roles to maintain customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales data and provide reports to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in contract or capital goods sales
- Demonstrated passion for sales and ability to actively seek new opportunities
- Advanced selling skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account penetration
- Innovative and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a thorough understanding of MillerKnoll products and services
