We are seeking a highly skilled Client Development Executive to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for unlocking new business opportunities and driving growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large, important customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within these companies
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and propose world-class solutions
  • Manage sales strategies and coordinate resources to achieve desired results
  • Develop and maintain relationships across internal teams to provide sales support
  • Enable smooth transitions to other sales roles to maintain customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate sales data and provide reports to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in contract or capital goods sales
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and ability to actively seek new opportunities
  • Advanced selling skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and account penetration
  • Innovative and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with a thorough understanding of MillerKnoll products and services
