Job Title: Director of Sales

Smithfield Foods is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business growth
  • Strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
