About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the pre-engineered building space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and systems, including features, benefits, and value propositions. Analyze market conditions and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Relationships and Communication

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, district managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Provide timely and effective communication to BSR teams and supply accurate information to drafting and estimating teams.

Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness

Work collaboratively with internal departments to optimize customer experience and drive efficiency. Utilize CRM, current pricing tools, estimating systems, and other software to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Regional Initiatives and Teamwork

Support regional initiatives and work closely with the regional manager to identify and drive growth opportunities. Leverage internal reports and data to stay up-to-date on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

Travel and Reporting

Travel with district managers to meet customers, learn about market dynamics, and gather insights to inform business decisions. Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Experience in the pre-engineered building space is highly desirable.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, associates, and internal departments.

Business Acumen and Analytical Skills

Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of drafting, estimating, and inside sales. Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses to opportunities.

Competencies

Organizational agility, business acumen, self-motivation, customer focus, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration are essential competencies for this role.
