About the Role:
The Business Office Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring aging of accounts receivable, researching customer account issues, and resolving discrepancies. They will also analyze and resolve student account reconciliations, as well as support the Campus Director with budget-related matters. Additionally, they will be in charge of ordering, distributing, and receiving books and office supplies, as well as campus inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor aging of accounts receivable.
  • Rearch customer account issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze and resolve student account reconciliations.
  • Support the Campus Director with budget-related matters.
  • Order, distribute, and receive books and office supplies.
  • Manage campus inventory.
