Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Duke City Recovery Toolbox LLC. As a key member of our outpatient behavioral health clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic computer skills. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for patient check-in, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, collecting payment, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with designated departments.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Check-In and Registration
  • Answering Multi-Line Phone Calls and Directing Patients to Appropriate Departments
  • Responding to Patient Inquiries and Resolving Issues
  • Collecting Payment and Maintaining Accurate Records
  • Communicating Pertinent Information to Designated Departments
