Position Overview

As a Marketing Growth Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding our existing subscriber base through various marketing initiatives. You will lead the strategic development of engagement tactics and serve as the primary growth marketing contact for both internal teams and external partners, providing essential guidance as needed. Additionally, you will create processes and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and assist in the development and management of departmental budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage marketing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee local promotional activities and event marketing, collaborating closely with direct sales personnel.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical designs, providing insights into customer behavior, product offerings, and industry trends.
  • Compile and maintain demographic and market data to support marketing objectives.
  • Collect and disseminate information regarding marketing campaigns and subscriber feedback to foster a unified understanding of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze subscriber metrics and revenue performance against budgetary goals.
  • Develop financial models for packaging and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
  • Innovate new ideas and communicate potential applications for analytics throughout the organization.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

The primary pay range for this position is $93,000 to $140,376.59, with the final offer depending on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although Comcast may consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

5-7 years in a related field.
