The Channel Manager will prioritize the expansion of our current partner network while also seeking new partnerships to bolster growth and strengthen our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute account strategies to meet security solution growth objectives and pinpoint opportunities for strategic projects.
2. Enhance relationships with current partners, onboard new ones, and conduct performance evaluations to foster improvements.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to uncover and pursue new business prospects, crafting compelling presentations and proposals.
4. Provide training and support to partners for the effective selling and deployment of security solutions, and collaborate on joint marketing efforts.
5. Monitor key performance metrics, prepare regular updates for senior leadership, and maintain precise records utilizing CRM systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in IT Sales; or equivalent professional experience
- Self-motivated individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven history of exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic
- Innovative and effective problem-solving abilities
- Business planning expertise
- Eagerness to learn
- Experience in security sales is advantageous

Compensation Range:
$112,000 - $120,012.42


Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base salary and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Work Arrangement:
Remote position with potential requirements to be present at designated Arrow offices for work-related purposes, at the company's discretion.
