Position Overview

As a Marketing Growth Strategist, you will spearhead the go-to-market initiatives by implementing direct marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding our existing subscriber base through various marketing channels. You will lead the strategic planning to enhance customer engagement through effective execution. Acting as the primary growth marketing contact, you will provide expertise and guidance to both internal teams and external partners. Additionally, you will develop processes and procedures to enhance departmental efficiencies and assist in the formulation and management of departmental budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage marketing expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee local promotional activities and event marketing, collaborating closely with direct sales personnel.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical designs, providing insights into customer behavior, product offerings, and market trends.
  • Compile and maintain demographic and market data to support marketing objectives.
  • Collect and disseminate marketing campaign insights and subscriber feedback to foster a shared understanding of marketing initiatives and challenges.
  • Evaluate subscriber metrics and revenue performance against budgetary expectations.
  • Develop financial models for packaging and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Create reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of marketing initiatives, analyses, and reporting.
  • Innovate and communicate potential applications for analytics across the organization.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

The primary pay range for this position is $93,000 to $140,376.59, with the final offer dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Education

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, Comcast may also consider candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

5-7 years in a related field.
