Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager who possesses strong strategic insight and execution capabilities. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycles and market entry strategies. The successful candidate will utilize market research to propel product success and will be adept at competitive analysis and enabling sales and partner ecosystems. You will significantly influence our strategy, establish our leadership in the telematics sector, and ensure alignment with market demands and trends.

In this role, you will spearhead the growth of our rapidly expanding Insurance division by crafting innovative marketing strategies that address the unique challenges faced by our clients and prospects. Ideal candidates will have a knack for simplifying complex concepts and conveying them through engaging narratives.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally within a technical or software-centric environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform extensive data into actionable insights.
  • A high level of curiosity, creativity, and personal accountability.
  • In-depth knowledge of product lifecycles and market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in enabling sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in product integrations and effectively communicating with technical audiences.
  • Expertise in conducting competitive analysis and utilizing market research.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a writing sample may be requested during the interview process.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Influential in building relationships and facilitating alignment across the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and third parties.
  • Product Marketing Certification (PMA Core) or Pragmatic Institute Certification (PMC) III or higher is preferred.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and CRM tools such as JIRA, Teamwork, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in the insurance sector or Insurtech is advantageous.
  • Experience with telematics data or solutions is preferred.
