Key Responsibilities

Establishing Product Marketing Framework

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to create impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Sales Enablement Content: Develop comprehensive enablement materials for all stages of the sales funnel to enhance market penetration and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Produce product collateral, website content, and thought leadership materials to be disseminated through various channels such as white papers, webinars, and conferences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, and manage Analyst Relations (AR) initiatives.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to inform content creation, sales strategies, and product development.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Team Management: Oversee direct reports, manage processes and budgets, and provide mentorship as the marketing team grows.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and clients to foster product adoption and loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of leadership experience in product marketing within the healthcare SaaS sector, with a proven ability to build marketing functions from the ground up.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and the decision-making processes of C-suite executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to utilize data for informed strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders and executives.
  • Leadership Qualities: A proactive leader with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to foster internal relationships and collaborations.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for meetings and conferences as needed (up to 20%).

The compensation for this role ranges from $155,000 to $200,000, reflecting market data across various regions. Factors influencing salary include location, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. Compensation is one aspect of Qventus' comprehensive benefits package, which includes Open Paid Time Off, paid parental leave, professional development opportunities, wellness stipends, and employee stock options.
