Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Formulate and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, grounded in thorough analysis of mid-market small business requirements and challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing product organization that collaborates effectively with various QuickBooks teams, ensuring alignment with our mid-market objectives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess product success, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor product management talent, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
  • Cultural Leadership: Promote a culture of customer-centricity and inclusivity within the team, inspiring collaboration and the pursuit of innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, particularly in Financial Management Software, Payments, or Human Capital Management.
  • Proven track record of developing products for small business mid-market customers within a comprehensive ecosystem.
  • Experience in scaling product teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong background in the accounting industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant business transformations and product innovations that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in formulating and executing a sustainable 3-year product strategy.
