We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Lightmatter. This position focuses on outbound marketing strategies, event coordination, social media engagement, and public relations. As a pivotal member of the Lightmatter Product team, you will play a crucial role in introducing products to the market, crafting compelling messaging and collateral, and orchestrating events that align with our strategic business goals.

Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with journalists and industry influencers, developing communication materials and campaigns, and engaging in direct discussions with key opinion leaders. You will be expected to translate complex technological concepts into clear, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, FAQs, and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a holistic marketing strategy to create impactful campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
  • Establish marketing and launch strategies that encompass messaging, positioning, and differentiation, leading the execution of these plans.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of industry trade shows, collaborating with the creative team to design and produce branded materials and collateral. This includes project management, scheduling, and budget oversight.
  • Develop public relations campaigns and media outreach strategies.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, blogs, and web pages.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Manage the design and implementation of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and stay informed about the latest best practices in social media.
  • Prepare technical content for various formats, including blogs, white papers, briefs, webinars, videos, and presentations.
  • Revise and update promotional materials and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, PR, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Technology Product Marketing, and Event Coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing plans.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience in creating diverse content for B2B marketing channels.
  • Established relationships and experience with business and industry media outlets.
  • Adept at simplifying complex concepts into engaging and understandable communications.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, including blogs, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Experience with SEO, social media, and data analysis for optimization purposes.
  • Understanding of brand development and the ability to create, write, and implement strategic, integrated marketing and communication plans.
  • Capability to establish KPIs, goals, and benchmarks to enhance the performance of campaigns and projects.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, creative, energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with optical/silicon photonic products and technology is advantageous.

We offer competitive compensation. The base salary range for this role, including all US locations, is $205,000-$255,000. Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, educational background, and market data.
