Role Summary

In the capacity of Director of Product Marketing, you will establish our product marketing framework and spearhead marketing initiatives for critical growth solutions. This influential position requires you to formulate and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing market visibility, engaging essential stakeholders, and driving substantial revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Foundation Building and Execution:

  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging: Work collaboratively with product management, sales, and other departments to create impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create enablement materials for all stages of the sales funnel to boost penetration and conversion rates.
  • Produce product collateral, website content, and thought leadership materials to be disseminated through white papers, webinars, conferences, and reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape, and manage the Analyst Relations (AR) program.
  • Provide insights and expertise in product marketing, healthcare, and AI/SaaS to support sales enablement, content creation, launch strategies, and messaging.
  • Gather and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to inform content development, sales strategies, and product roadmaps.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor team members: Oversee direct reports, manage processes and budgets, and provide guidance as the marketing team grows.
  • Engage with external stakeholders: Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, clients, and other relevant parties to foster product adoption and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution of product communications.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of leadership experience in product marketing within the healthcare SaaS sector or a related field, with a proven ability to build product marketing initiatives from the ground up.
  • Industry Insight: Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, decision-making frameworks, and C-suite purchasing dynamics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to leverage data for informed strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Leadership Qualities: A proactive self-starter with a commitment to growth and innovation.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to build and maintain internal relationships and collaborations.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel for meetings and conferences as needed (up to 20%).

The compensation range for this position is between $155,000 and $200,000. At Qventus, we consider various factors when determining salary, including location, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
