Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, particularly in Financial Management Software, Payments, or Human Capital Management.
  • Proven track record of developing products for small business mid-market customers within a comprehensive ecosystem.
  • Experience in scaling product teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Background in the accounting industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant business transformations and product innovations that lead to revenue growth.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing a sustainable 3-year product strategy.
