Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in central Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project work meets the required quality standards, implementing quality control measures as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, and experience with financial management software.
Preferred Requirements
  • Project Management Software: Experience with project management software, such as ProCore.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects and building strong client relationships. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
