Role Overview:


The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is accountable for leading a team of Area Managers and hourly staff to deliver outstanding inventory services to our clients.

The ROM should inspire their team with a focus on exceptional leadership, ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce. This position is pivotal in driving financial performance through effective budget management, scheduling, cost control, and P&L oversight. The ROM leads with enthusiasm and integrity, tackling challenges with a positive mindset.

The ROM will collaborate with their supervisor, district partners, and field support teams to cultivate talent within their region and expand business opportunities.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing multi-store retail operations

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment

- Demonstrated success in achieving exceptional financial outcomes through strategic planning, event execution, cost management, and P&L oversight.

- Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities and enhance profitability through increased customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of training and nurturing talent for future growth.

- Excellent communication and service skills to foster relationships with employees and clients.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

- A minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience

- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.

- A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance, meeting the company's driver requirements, is mandatory.

Working Conditions:
This role necessitates frequent travel by car and air.

You must be adaptable to varying work conditions, including standing, sitting for extended periods, and frequent walking, bending, squatting, or kneeling.

Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Regular shifts may extend up to 10 hours. Occasional long-distance travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
