Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced regional manager to oversee our business operations in an assigned region. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and profitability. As a Regional Operations Manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld and preparing operations and financial reports. To be successful as a Regional Operations Manager, you should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch Regional Operations Manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Essential Job Functions

Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
Recruit, train, and support general managers as well as conduct regular performance appraisals.
Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Deal with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Required Education
High school diploma/GED required.
Required Experience
3+ years of management and leadership experience.
Required Licenses and Certifications
N/A
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate/Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
Languages
English: Advanced
Spanish: Preferred
Creole: Preferred
Travel: Required. Flexible to travel per business needs.
