Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team to success. As a Kitchen Manager at Gecko Hospitality, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food safety and quality, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering patterns to optimize food costs
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dining area and storage spaces
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
