Responsibilities
  • Drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong knowledge of P&L
  • Responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively to delegate tasks and ensure strict standards and procedures are followed
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Passion for creating high-quality and fresh food
  • Proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures
