Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Representative in Manufacturing Solutions
We are thrilled to announce a remote position for a Sales Representative specializing in Manufacturing Solutions with a leading provider of 3D design and manufacturing solutions.
About Us: We are a prominent player in the industry, recognized as one of the top resellers for DS SOLIDWORKS. With over 25 years of experience, we have been delivering innovative 3D solutions that enhance product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Role Overview: This dynamic sales position is crucial for driving our growth in the Southeast region of the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Generating leads through various channels, including networking events and internal sources.
- Providing quotes and closing sales opportunities, adhering to established guidelines.
- Upselling additional manufacturing software products and solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads from diverse sources.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Conduct sales meetings to address customer challenges and present value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics and sales quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- A degree is preferred, but relevant experience in technical sales will be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing sales and familiarity with CAD/CAM software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of machining practices and CNC equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
