The SALES TRAINING MANAGER NAM will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Annual Training Plan, based on the strategy defined by the Training Management, the objectives set by the Strategy Department, and the specific needs of the Region.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for NAM training programs (before, during, and after)
• Direct support to the sales team to identify needs and develop educational solutions.
• Develop tools (presentations, infographics, tutorials, etc.) that complement the training programs.
• Measure the effectiveness of the training programs under your responsibility.
• Create content, align speakers, and assist in the production of regional corporate events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects in the area: Training Platform, Super Oros, Product, etc.
Academic Requirements
• Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Experience, compentencies and aptitudes
- 2+ years in Corporate Training and/or Sales areas.
- Proficiency with digital tools, social media, and office software.
- Experience in creating digital educational materials.
- Native English speaker.
Qualifications:
- 360-degree responsibility for regional training projects.
- Representative of the Training area for the Region.
- Indirect reporting to General Managers in the USA and Canada.
