Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at Red Roof. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests
- Take reservation requests and make adjustments to reservations as needed
- Work with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience
- Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports
- Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years in a previous customer service position
- Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
