We are seeking a highly skilled Dock and Door Service Technician to join our team at All Lift Service Co. Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers by performing repairs, maintenance work, and installation of various equipment primarily dock doors and levelers.
Key Responsibilities- Service and Maintenance: Analyze customer equipment and perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks as necessary to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Efficiently perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Time Management: Accurately and neatly complete and submit time cards daily in a timely fashion to ensure accurate payroll and billing.
- Safety Procedures: Follow all safety procedures of both Lift Power and the customer when working on a job site, including the use of appropriate PPE, proper waste disposal, and leaving job sites in orderly condition.
- Company Policies: Follow current company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Experience: Prior dock and door experience is required, with a strong understanding of all facets of loading dock equipment and commercial roll-up doors.
- Skills: Mechanical skills and some knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and welding are preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform strenuous and heavy work, including exerting force up to 100 lbs and frequently handling loads up to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License: Have and maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable by All Lift Service Co. insurance company's standards.
- Work Schedule: 40+ hours/week, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
- Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour pay depending on experience level.
