We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Signature Health. As a key member of our patient support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Patient Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Collect copayments, explain financial responsibilities, and refer patients to financial assistance programs as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, faxing, and mailing documents, as well as provide general administrative support to the office.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of office, customer service, or related experience required; medical office experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Epic EHR system, Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.
This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
