We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at Signature Health. As a key member of our patient support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance information, and schedule appointments in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Patient Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and addressing their concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Collect copayments, explain financial responsibilities, and refer patients to financial assistance programs as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, faxing, and mailing documents, as well as provide general administrative support to the office.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of office, customer service, or related experience required; medical office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Epic EHR system, Microsoft Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.
