Front Desk Team Lead

- Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Process all payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
- Prepare and submit reports to management during each shift.
- Train front desk staff on guest service standards and hotel policies.
- Assist in creating and distributing team member schedules.
- Represent the hotel in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting hotel environment.
- Foster a positive team-oriented environment that focuses on guest satisfaction.
- Minimum one year of front desk supervisor experience.
- Experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and hotel management systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in English.
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
