Job Summary

Noble Suites Jacksonville is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Payment and Billing: Secure payment, verify and adjust billing, and compute bills.
  • Room Assignments: Register and assign rooms to guests, and provide them with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Emergency Situations: Respond to emergency situations, such as police, fire, or medical emergencies, in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of prior guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
