Position Overview

At Monumental Markets, we are dedicated to enhancing workplace environments in the DMV by providing exceptional food and beverage options. Our mission is to simplify the breakroom experience, offering everything from fresh salads to refreshing beverages.

We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to deliver essential support across our operations. This role is crucial in executing various administrative tasks to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries and direct calls accordingly.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail and prepare return shipping labels.
  • Address straightforward inquiries or escalate more complex issues to the relevant team member.
  • Oversee and monitor financial transactions related to company and client funds, including deposits, adjustments, and refunds.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide assistance to the Accounting department with administrative needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational and task management abilities are required.
