Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Administrator to join our team at GTT, LLC. As an EHS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Regulatory Support
    • Assist in maintaining EHS documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
    • Coordinate EHS training programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
    • Support the implementation of safety initiatives and programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
    • EHS Administrator assists in conducting safety inspections and audits, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
    • Assist in the development and dissemination of safety communications, including newsletters, posters, and email updates.
  • Employee Support and Engagement
    • Respond to employee inquiries and requests related to EHS issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for EHS meetings and management reviews.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the EHS department, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 0-1 years of experience in environmental health and safety or a related field (entry-level position).
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Basic understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Internship or coursework related to EHS or occupational health and safety.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Familiarity with EHS management systems.
    • Certification or training in EHS-related topics.
    • Experience with EHS software or database management systems.
