Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage job orders in our sales management system for the sales representatives.
  • Address inquiries and selections related to sold jobs during the order processing phase.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, including customer communication, problem resolution, payment processing, and follow-ups on pending quotes.
  • Act as the showroom liaison for designated sales team members during client visits.
  • Support inside sales activities and coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A strong enjoyment of professional customer interactions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to timely task completion.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and a desire to learn about our product offerings.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or data entry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with construction or building trades is a plus.
  • All candidates will be assessed based on their suitability for the role and their mathematical proficiency.

Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000
