Compensation Details:

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000
  • Paid Time Off
Annual Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and manage essential documentation for agent licensure and recruitment processes.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new agents, ensuring all paperwork, training, and introductions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping and check processing as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Keller Williams' offerings and act as a bridge between agents and company resources.
  • Support agents with technical assistance, including DocuSign, email setup, and network configurations.
  • Promote office events through various communication channels.
  • Conduct orientations for agents and deliver training sessions.
  • Manage training schedules and liaise with leadership for effective communication.
  • Oversee the content of the office website, ensuring consistency with branding.
  • Collaborate with the Agent Leadership Council to address agent concerns and improve satisfaction.
  • Supervise the helpdesk to ensure timely support.
  • Devise strategies to enhance agent participation in events and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Professional appearance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in bookkeeping is advantageous.
  • Strong listening and training capabilities.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A college degree is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite is required.
