Sales Support Coordinator

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sales team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will be evident in your proactive approach and your ability to foster a collaborative environment. Compensation Details:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000
- Paid Time Off

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
- Provide exceptional support to the sales team, enhancing their productivity and efficiency.
- Collect and manage documentation related to onboarding, licensing, and recruitment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and check processing tasks as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to serve as a resource for team members.
- Offer technical assistance, troubleshooting issues with email, printers, and software.
- Promote team engagement through office activities and training sessions via internal communications.
- Conduct orientations for new employees and facilitate internal training on various subjects.
- Update and manage the office website to ensure it is current and beneficial for the team.
- Ensure consistent branding across all communications and materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to address team feedback and implement improvements for team satisfaction.
- Oversee the reception area to guarantee timely and professional support for team members.
- Develop strategies to enhance team participation in office events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Effective listening skills with a knack for teaching and training.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed goals independently.
- A collaborative team player willing to assist with various tasks.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
