Compensation Details:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and manage necessary documentation for agent licensure and recruitment.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new agents, ensuring all paperwork, training, and introductions are completed efficiently.
- Assist with light bookkeeping and check processing as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of KW's offerings and act as a liaison between agents and KW resources.
- Support agents with technical requirements such as DocuSign, email, and network configurations.
- Promote office events through various communication channels.
- Conduct orientations for agents and deliver training sessions.
- Manage training schedules and liaise with leadership effectively.
- Oversee the content of the office website to ensure consistent branding.
- Collaborate with the Agent Leadership Council to address concerns and improve agent satisfaction.
- Supervise the helpdesk to ensure timely support.
- Devise strategies to enhance agent participation in events and training opportunities.
- Professional appearance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable.
- Experience in bookkeeping is advantageous.
- Strong listening and training capabilities.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- A college degree is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite is required.
