Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Outside Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives in the Rocky Mountain Region. This role is essential for fostering relationships with key clients and ensuring the delivery of our high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in customer organizations, offering tailored product recommendations and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts by thoroughly understanding customer needs and leveraging company-approved sales strategies.
  • Expand the customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, networking, and following up on leads.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Conduct regional travel for client meetings, technical support, and site visits.
