We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our national sales team at Emerging Blue Jobs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive national revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead a national team of Account Managers, providing coaching, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Build and implement effective outbound sales initiatives to identify and engage potential clients, generating new business opportunities and enhancing the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the residential real estate, interior design, or hospitality sectors, able to leverage existing relationships for business development purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or other CRM softwares
