National & Regional Chains Sales Director Off Prem

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as the National & Regional Chains Sales Director Off Prem. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share in East Coast and Midwest national and Regional chains.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and penetration
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  5. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the wine industry, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, process improvements, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Estimated Salary:$130,000 - $160,000 per annum
