YOUR ROLE AND CONTRIBUTION

While some organizations refer to these positions as "Leasing Agents" or "Leasing Consultants," at Prometheus, our Resident Experience Consultants take on a multifaceted role. As a Resident Experience Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Client Relations - Your primary objective is to ensure our Residents feel at HOME, exceptionally cared for, and genuinely proud to be part of our Communities. Your efforts will demonstrate that their future matters.
  • Sales Facilitation - You will simplify the rental process. Before our community members transition into Residents, they are Future Residents, and you will guide them through our Comprehensive Leasing Experience.
  • Operational Support - From generating community reports and conducting market analyses to preparing rental agreements and advertising available units, you will gain expertise in property management operations through this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that extends beyond a salary. This includes traditional benefits as well as unique offerings. The salary range is determined by various factors, including location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Compensation Details
  • Hourly Pay Range: $19.75 to $21.00
  • $200 Incentive for Each Lease
  • Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Program
  • Weekend Shift Premium Pay
Additional Bonuses & Incentives: Referral Bonuses, Training Coach Bonuses, Renovation Bonuses, Lease-Up Bonuses, Leasing & Occupancy Contests
