Property Leasing Specialist Position

Position Overview

We are thrilled to invite a committed Property Leasing Specialist to become a vital member of our Goose Hollow community team. The Property Leasing Specialist will be instrumental in reaching occupancy and leasing objectives, collaborating closely with the Community Manager. This role offers consistent hours from Monday to Friday and includes benefits for parking or transportation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate property tours and assist in finalizing lease agreements
  • Handle rental applications and organize resident move-ins
  • Oversee resident move-in and move-out processes
  • Collect and manage rental payments
  • Assess potential residents and respond to their inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or sales within property management
  • Experience in customer service and office settings
  • Knowledge of Oregon Fair Housing & Landlord Tenant Law is advantageous
  • Proficient in computer skills and technology
