Job Description

**About the Role**

The Senior Regional Director, West is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of Planet Fitness - The Core Group's West Region. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide Regional Managers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Regional Managers receive the necessary training, motivation, and support to meet or exceed set standards and targets.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and field operations for all reporting, communications, and carrying out monthly initiatives.
  • Monitor key controllable expenses, including club payroll, janitorial supplies, and inventory, and work with Regional Managers to optimize results.
  • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Conduct regular visits to clubs within the region to ensure compliance with company standards and provide guidance to Club Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve club performance, increase sales, and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify and develop talent within the region, including training and development programs.
  • Ensure all marketing material and reader boards are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Strong management and leadership experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Ability to read and adjust to different personality styles, management, and learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
