The Groundskeeper will be tasked with ensuring the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces across multiple properties. This role involves a variety of landscaping and maintenance activities aimed at keeping our locations tidy and operational. It is important to note that this position requires significant outdoor work and physical effort.
Compensation and Benefits:

Daily Tasks Include:
- Maintaining properties to meet West Coast's cleanliness and operational standards, which includes tasks such as repairing or cleaning signage, pressure washing, and maintaining walkways and parking areas.
- Conducting repairs, including drywall and plywood work.
- Performing landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, raking, and pruning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (mandatory)
- Experience in groundskeeping or maintenance (mandatory)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools (preferred)
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various environments
- Ability to work independently while achieving team and company goals
