About Cascadia Global: We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Cleaning / Facilities Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive management experience in the contract cleaning sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing operations in our Pacific Northwest region. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily management of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning operations and personnel across multiple accounts in various facilities within the Pacific Northwest.
  • Assist in the bidding process for contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and achieve budgetary objectives.
  • Conduct quality inspections of cleaning work.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as required.
  • Address service and equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement cleaning strategies to maintain high standards.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance, manage payroll, and resolve personnel matters.
