About the Role:

The Installation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the installation team to ensure the timely and efficient installation while providing the highest level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess a plumbers license, have the ability to provide leadership, manage various tasks/projects, be highly skilled in customer service, and deliver desired performance results.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operation of the bath remodeling installation process ensuring all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise for the installation crews including on-site support when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, installs, etc.
  • Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team, and ensure cross-organization collaboration and employee involvement where appropriate
  • Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams including installation, operations, sales, customer services, etc.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Manage inventory including analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right materials, and maintaining inventory to meet installation needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns/issues related to installation, quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management
  • Plumbing License in the state of Kentucky, preferred
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management
  • Proven customer resolution skills required; ability to provide excellent customer services
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions
  • Possess leadership skills including time management and ability to delegate tasks
  • Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of operations
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet company demands
  • Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
