Position: Glass Solutions Sales Consultant
- Anticipated Compensation: $50,000 plus commission

Role Summary:
As a Glass Solutions Sales Consultant at ZeeRecruit, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling glass, metal frameworks, and hardware products, along with installation services to both commercial and residential clients. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue while upholding the company's standards of quality and professionalism. A successful consultant will utilize innovative lead-generation strategies and possess the motivation to surpass sales targets. You will leverage your exceptional communication and sales skills to present creative solutions to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support consistently.
- Educate customers on various glass products and their functionalities.
- Effectively organize and utilize technical resources and information to ensure efficient task execution.
- Track and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Submit all required documentation related to tasks and productivity promptly.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
- Adhere to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Review work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication across departments regarding current work orders.
- Address customer needs promptly.
- Manage daily reporting effectively.
- Engage with new and existing customers through phone calls, following established sales processes.
- Build relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or commercial sales, preferably in home services or glass.
- Experience in bath/remodel companies or sales/installation of trim, cabinetry, or countertops is advantageous.
- Prior experience in construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in product offerings is essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change are important.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to balance sitting for extended periods with fieldwork.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods while also engaging in fieldwork.
