Job Description

Bath Experts, a leading home improvement company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation Operations Manager to oversee our bath installation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Leadership and Technical Expertise: Provide on-site support and technical guidance to installation crews.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, installs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure Alignment and Collaboration: Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Establish, follow, and enforce safety standards and procedures.
  • Manage Inventory: Analyze inventory and ensure effective utilization, purchasing, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and issues related to installation, quality, and customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train, coach, and develop installation employees and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
  • Plumbing License: Preferred in the state of Kentucky.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management.
  • Customer Resolution Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess leadership skills, including time management and delegation.
  • Quality and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of operations.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention to meet company demands.
