The Installation Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of bath installation operations, ensuring timely and efficient installations while providing exceptional customer service. This includes managing installation teams, maintaining quality control, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the bath installation process, ensuring all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise for the installation crews, including on-site support when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, installs, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team, and foster cross-organization collaboration and employee involvement.
- Collaborate with office and corporate functional teams, including installation, operations, sales, and customer services.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
- Manage inventory, including analysis of inventory levels and ensuring effective utilization, purchasing, and maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns/issues related to installation, quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
- Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways to improve the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Train, coach, and develop installation employees and contractors in the office and in the field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
- Plumbing License in the state of Kentucky, preferred.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management.
- Proven customer resolution skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach, and maintain perspective under demanding conditions.
- Possess leadership skills, including time management and the ability to delegate tasks.
- Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of operations.
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention from one task to another to meet company demands.
- Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods.
