Job Summary

The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of case managers and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Conducting regular supervision with staff to evaluate performance and provide feedback
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of case managers
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing consultation and direction to case managers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Responsibilities

The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Screening cases to determine level of risk and eligibility for services
  • Assigning cases to case managers and monitoring progress
  • Providing supportive liaison services and assistance to case managers as needed
  • Reviewing and discussing progress with case managers
  • Documenting and approving activities performed by case managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Case Manager Supervisor will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in human services, preferably in child welfare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and clinical writing skills
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
