The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in ERISA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in the design and consultation of retirement plans and address compliance inquiries.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations governing retirement plans.
  • Work collaboratively with legal teams to ensure adherence to retirement plan compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with over 7 years of experience in retirement plan compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA and the Tax Code.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive and quick to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in computer work.
  • Occasional requirements for standing, walking, and light lifting.
