Job Description

**Job Summary**

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Advocate to join our team of clinical support staff. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients in taking back their lives by helping them qualify for interventional treatments and understanding the benefits of Serenity's treatment options.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face patient experiences at our clinics, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and making informed decisions about their care.
  • Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding their current symptoms, mental health status, and medication history.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2+ years of full-time work experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
