Position Overview:
The role of Clinical Liaison at Select Specialty Hospital focuses on the critical transition of patients from intensive care settings to our specialized recovery facility. This position is integral in performing clinical evaluations and aiding in the discharge process, ensuring a seamless transition for patients. It provides an opportunity for professional development in marketing and case management while fostering collaboration with various healthcare entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a patient advocate throughout the pre-admission phase
- Perform clinical evaluations of incoming patients and guide their families through care options
- Work in partnership with hospital case managers to streamline patient transfers and address operational challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapy, or LPN License
- At least two years of recent experience in a hospital environment, ideally within critical care
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability
